John Spencer Bio
B.A., B.A., B.Ed, PDC
Seeker, wanderer, educator, aspiring jack-of-some-trades, John is on a journey of self-inquiry, constantly examining the inner workings of the self, fascinated by the mind and its creations and driven by a passion to "be the change".

John continually challenges himself by trying new things, fueled by the feeling of being a constant beginner. He created Terra Kula, an eco-education and harmonious living demo site, with its permaculture orchard of over three hundred fruit tree guilds on just under an acre and a half to demonstrate the possibilities for small-scale abundance.

When not learning and expanding his knowledge, or experimenting with permaculture practices around the homestead, John can be found in the workshop immersed in his latest woodworking projects.

Compelled by a deep curiosity for interconnection – within the physical body, the Unconscious and the Natural World and between them – combined with a devotion to preserving the magic of natural ways, she continually seeks out many ancient and esoteric philosophies and teachings and has ventured to New Mexico to build rammed-earth houses (called Earthships) with visionary architect Mike Reynolds; Vermont to study Permaculture with Ben Falk, and ventured no further than her own backyard to home-study the Kamana Naturalist Program Level 1 by Jon Young. Her current explorations have led her to mysticism, magic and earth-based spirituality with Collette Corcoran of The Sacred Rose Temple.
Catherine is co-creator of The Living Spirit-fully! Podcast - Come Alive! Edition, as well as a contributing author in two books: 50 and Fabulous - Navigating Wrinkles, Spasms and Generational Chasms and I Love You, I Hate You! - Healing Generational Bonds: Navigating the Mother-Daughter Relationship.
Her mission is to feel the magic of being wildly alive and fully embodied, follow the path of her heart to sacred authenticity, and inspire others to remember how to find their own way there. When not teaching or training, you can find her barefoot in the grass dancing with the ebbs and flows of life, and harmonizing with dynamic, alive, and “unplugged” vibes.
