Drawing from over two decades of personal study, practice and training and my passion for movement, I am a creative teacher blending yoga with the art of story and deep connections with the natural world.
Several years ago, I embarked on an adventure, leaving a career in manufactured food marketing to follow my heart and live a more authentic, connected life -- one much more in tune with myself and the rhythms and cycles of the natural world.
That journey led to some amazing places and experiences: New Mexico to build rammed-earth houses (called Earthships) with visionary architect Mike Reynolds; Vermont to complete a certificate in Permaculture (PDC) with Ben Falk at Whole Systems Design and The Big Island for Hawaii Yoga Festival.
To share my experiences with others and shift the paradigm, I have led 200-hr Yoga Teacher Trainings, presented at The Guelph Organic Conference (2017, 2018, 2019) and am currently co-creating/hosting the podcast "Come Alive! The Living Spirit-fully! Guide to Thriving."
My mission is to create space to grow together, feel wildly alive and fully embodied and live more authentic, connected lives. When not teaching or training, you'll find me barefoot in the grass, connecting with the rhythms of the natural world and flowing with the peaceful, alive, and "unplugged" vibes.
